These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at sukhdam.com and your purchase of SUKHDA products, operated by SUKHDAM Wellness ("SUKHDAM", "we", "us", or "our"). Our contact email is founder@sukhdam.com.

SUKHDA is India's first patented motorized calf exercise and therapy device. It is designed as a wellness and physiotherapy aid and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Eligibility

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or are making the purchase under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are accessing the website from within India or from a jurisdiction where the purchase is lawful

3. Products & Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the final price for that order.

Product images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes. Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances or photography conditions.

4. Orders & Payment

An order placed on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful payment.

Accepted payment methods include UPI, Visa, Mastercard, and Razorpay. We do not store card details on our servers. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment partners.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer free shipping across India on all SUKHDA orders.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email or phone number.
• SUKHDAM is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

• 30-day return window: You may return the product within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Damaged / defective product: If your device arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
• Non-returnable situations: Products that have been used, modified, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
• Refund processing: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

7. Warranty

• All SUKHDA units come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for the motor and core electronics.
• The power adapter carries a 6-month warranty.
• The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorised repairs, or use outside of the recommended specifications.
• Warranty claims must be raised within the warranty period by emailing founder@sukhdam.com.

8. Medical Disclaimer

SUKHDAM makes no medical claims. SUKHDA is intended for use as a calf exercise and circulation aid only. User results may vary.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, animations, logos, and the SUKHDA product design — is the intellectual property of SUKHDAM Wellness and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

SUKHDA's motorized calf pump mechanism is protected by a registered Indian patent. Unauthorised reproduction, copying, or reverse engineering of the device or website content is strictly prohibited and will be pursued legally.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SUKHDAM Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SUKHDA or this website, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or property damage arising from misuse of the product.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
